Old, but probably helpful to get nuvexport & ffmpeg to work right.
The first method didn't work, I ended up with the same video with no sound.
try -default and -hq, and see how they look and tax the processor on the Xbox
Meant for watching media on a PS3, but it's just a DLNA server with built-in transcoding.
