Need to add an outdoor inlet:

The one controller that you can swap the ABXY buttons around to switch between the Nintendo and Microsoft/Android layouts. Phone mount is included.
They also make another wireless ABXY controller that works on all of the platforms, but has only the XBox ABXY layout. It costs less than a real XBox controller, but you can buy a phone mount accessory for it.
There's even an equivalent with the PS4 Dualshock form-factor. Neither appear to actually work with Playstation, though.
the only brand with a flat paddle for the switch; people hate the multi-way add-on switches for these
This seems to be intended for fans, but I don't know the horsepower; should be less than 600 watts.
Rare 24v Passive PoE router, open firmware, not too spendy!
They also have a managed switch for a little less, model RB260GSP
Maybe this could power a relay with a timer, to control a fan that shuts off afer a set time? It would be great if it worked without a hub, but I'd settle for having to set it up through hub logic.
weird pseudo-rocker like some Lutrons; cheaper than the Leviton by ~$10, but not stocked in stores
Why is this $5 cheaper than the $45 one?
also works with 3-way circuits
These work with the GE Z-Wave dimmers, for 4-way. Great alternative to Leviton.
This will probably be ideal for the bathroom(s). Not sure about the laundry room yet.
Home Depot only carries a z-wave dimmer that isn't ugly by Leviton, for $58
