Supposed to work with the Motorola Charm, according to a review on Newegg.
Someone with the same problem, no luck.
Now this is worth waiting for.

It seems like Comcast has to push out the update, and it removes the remote restart capability. There is a "restart modem" in the customer portal, so I'm not sure if those use the same mechanism.
