For some reason, the USB Ports on my Caldigit TS3+ Dock aren't getting recognized. The monitor connected to the dock is working fine; so it's only the USB ports that don't seem to be working.

Might be the cheapest way to get all the radios, before switching to OpenHAB or similar. I'm not sure it can control WiFi-based thermostats, but the Wiser Air can talk to both WiFi and ZigBee...
This would be great for a charging station with a power strip, but requires some kind of hub. Hopefully it can be connected to OpenHAB.
