Zooz Z-Wave Plus S2 Double Switch ZEN30 (White) for Light & Fan Combo - The Smartest House

Maybe this could power a relay with a timer, to control a fan that shuts off afer a set time? It would be great if it worked without a hub, but I'd settle for having to set it up through hub logic.
