This should work for a garage-to-hallway door nicely.
Might be overkill/expensive, and seems to assume using two struts for every door.
Cloud-service-dependent. Maybe it can be self-managed?
Since it's just a relay and uses an Internet service, it seems like it would be easy to replace with GPIO or a Z-Wave relay, and linking it to Vera or OpenHAB. Or, maybe just an authenticated web login?
They have some others but this seems like the value play.
This is their bargain option and a compact size.
