Disable all font smoothing in Windows 7 (ie: including taskbar, menus, control panel, etc...)

the performance setting and "colors and metrics" setting seem to make enough fonts pixelate.

Bug 124025 – gnome-terminal ignores anti-aliasing settings

This sucks. I have to use bitmap fonts to get around this, and had to hack the font settings to make them available.
