I like Buck Mason, Bluer Denim and Imogene + Willie. Todd Shelton is good and offers grey but expensive when not on sale, and Ginew only has two loose fits.
Reasonable price, but many of these require filing to fit an outlet. White is nice for kitchen/bath use without painting.
