A program to establish communication in the event of a major earthquake in Portland
Information on construction and activities on the public right-of-way, from swales to cafe seating to vending. It would be interesting to install some kind of bike parking, seating, and/or solar-powered charging station in Lents as a potential emergency response gathering point.
Lents could use one at the farmer's market.
Can get subsidized mobile, land line, or broadband service.
