This really makes me want a vertical container.
If I wanted to get code-nerdy, I could bypass the whole OpenHAB/Domoticz stuff and go straight to coding. But ouch, there's enough coding involved in the others to make it challenging, and I'd be lacking a friendly digital user interface.
It's very durable, can resemble wood, and contains recycled materials. LEED and NAHB recognize it as a creditable measure.
I like the roof shape a lot.
The greenhouse configuration might be useful on the bedroom, with a concrete wall capping the opening of the container and a slope continuing the angle of the roof.
