This is worth trying, and maybe even good for the floodlight fixtures at the condo.
I think there's a driver in there...?
Combining functions of poles and incorporating cabinets are good strategies. It would make sense to build a bigger box behind crosswalk signals.
Maybe this could power a relay with a timer, to control a fan that shuts off afer a set time? It would be great if it worked without a hub, but I'd settle for having to set it up through hub logic.
