Cloud-service-dependent. Maybe it can be self-managed?
Since it's just a relay and uses an Internet service, it seems like it would be easy to replace with GPIO or a Z-Wave relay, and linking it to Vera or OpenHAB. Or, maybe just an authenticated web login?
They have some others but this seems like the value play.

Seems like it's Z-Wave or WiFi. Now I have to decide if Wink or OhmConnect matter enough for me.
