It seems like Comcast has to push out the update, and it removes the remote restart capability. There is a "restart modem" in the customer portal, so I'm not sure if those use the same mechanism.
Might be overkill/expensive, and seems to assume using two struts for every door.
This just might make ChromeOS boot from Grub on my "classic" partition table!
